How Does ICBC Counselling Work
Put Your Trust In Us
Most of our office locations can direct bill ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia) when you have been in a vehicle accident. We will need your case file identification number, your adjustors contact information, preapproval of ICBC counselling and date it expires (typically ICBC clients receive 12 sessions to start). Once we have that information you don’t need to do anything further! Just show up for sessions and we will deal with the rest.
When you book a session that will require direct billing to ICBC please make not of it in your file so we can be prepared properly for our first session. You will be required to provide the above information prior to your session so we can have everything arranged prior to your session.
Make your mental health a priority after an accident. Our Counsellors will ensure that you’re supported from the start!
