Annette is a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) and is currently completing her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology specializing in Clinical Counselling.

She feels grateful to be able to listen and help guide someone in their journey. Everyone experiences some difficulties in life and at some point have all needed guidance, direction and support. Annette has a passion for mental health and loves that she has the honour to walk with you, support you, and help improve your struggles or situations that you are facing. Annette believes in mental health and well being, that it includes all aspects of a person’s life such as relationships, health, self-esteem, occupation, family, and for some spirituality.
When Annette is not counselling she enjoys time with her family and 3 sons. She enjoys the outdoors, has a passion for working with her horses, as well as playing or watching sports. She also has a love for travelling.
