Brittany began her educational journey at Cape Breton University where she studied Sports and Human Kinetics, she has a Massage Therapy diploma, studied at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and has completed her Yoga Teacher Training. Brittany holds her degree in Social Work from The University of British Columbia. As a Social Worker, her ideas and values are rooted in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field and regularly participates in workshops to deepen her knowledge and skills.
