Carli Fredrickson
Registered Social Worker
Carli has a distinctive view on counselling that includes a very holistic view to health, looking at both physical and mental health combined. Carli began her journey to be involved in a helping profession with massage therapy, having practiced relaxation massage for over 8 years locally. Through this, Carli began to discover her passion and interest in clients’ health, as well as making the connection between physical and mental well-being. Carli chose to pursue a career in mental health because of this, knowing it would elevate her ability to offer clients stress relief and relaxation.

This includes working with separated families to create cohesive co-parenting plans, even in the most toxic of co-parenting situations.
