Kristina has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Kristina is currently awaiting her Provisional Psychologist designation.

She will help you uncover a more beneficial mindset by utilising personalised coping mechanisms to begin living in a way that aligns with your beliefs and your needs.
Kristina is able to provide support and teach various skills to those who deal with an array of issues. She honours the uniqueness and diversity of each individual and is interested in hearing about her clients experiences, as seen through their eyes,to best understand the challenges that are being faced. Her approach is eclectic and aims to utilise a wide array of strategies to help carve a path towards feelings of peace, fulfilment, and happiness.
