Certified Canadian Counsellor
Life is full of challenges, and even though we can not stop those challenges, there is no rule stating we must go through them alone. I know this because I have been there. I have tried to overcome all of my life struggles by myself and I have felt those feelings of inferiority, despair, and hopelessness when I could not. That is until I asked myself why. Why was I trying to do everything by myself when others were willing and able to help me? I know reaching out for help is not always easy- it takes courage, determination, and faith. Courage to admit that you do not have to overcome everything by yourself. Determination because change is not easy. And faith in those in whom you choose to trust. If you choose to work with me, during our sessions, you will be my number one priority. I will meet you where you are in the therapeutic process. I will take the time to get to know who you are as a person and will work towards goals. At the end of the day, our sessions are meant for you, and I want you to get the most out of them.
